My journey towards wellness began when I found yoga as an insecure, anxious, teenager and I haven't stopped practicing since then. I practice yoga because yoga has transformed (and continues to transform) my life. Yoga has given me tools to feel more trusting, empowered, and content in my relationships, my career, and in my own body. Through yoga, I am learning that I don’t have to always live and react from a place of fear or anxiety.
My personal healing journey and love of yoga has led me to pursue advanced education in massage therapy, exercise biology, occupational therapy, Ayurveda (the sister science of yoga), and astrology.
As my wellness journey has largely been focused on healing my own mental health, I am drawn towards others who are on a similar healing path. I am passionate about working with teenagers navigating the transition towards adulthood, people with anxiety and depression, and individuals in recovery from addiction.
