Practice Yoga Online

EARTH yoga practice (30 minutes): a multi-level practice focused on finding strength and stability through foundational yoga postures. Emphasis on standing poses.

WATER yoga practice (30 minutes): a multi-level practice focused on finding fluidity and ease through dynamic yoga postures. Emphasis on flowing movement and hip opening postures. 

FIRE yoga practice (30 minutes): a multi-level practice focused on cultivating heat, power and strength. Emphasis on core strengthening and twisting postures.
