The spring season in the calendar year is compared to the inhale of the breath - the rebirth, the beginning, the gentle unfolding of what is yet to come.
This program is a 5-day deep dive into yoga and ayurveda to nourish and rejuvenate your body, mind, and soul as we transition out of winter and into spring. Flexible, self-paced, and online. All levels of practitioners welcome.

Note: during your cleanse be prepared to dedicate 2 hours total each day for your cleanse (time is for approximately 1 hour of yoga/meditation practice and 1 hour of cooking). Choose any 5 consecutive days in April for your cleanse that work with your schedule.
