Yoga Class Schedule
A holistic approach to body, mind, and soul wellness integrating wisdom from yoga, Ayurveda, and occupational therapy. Session focus can include: self-care practices, work-life balance, relationships, diet, sleep, spirituality, sexuality, positive self-image, anxiety and depression management, etc.
Yoga (for yoga students)
Session focus can include: strength and flexibility training, injury prevention, modifications for physical limitations, anxiety/depression management, cultivating positive self-image, etc.
Yoga (for yoga teachers)
Session focus can include: sequencing, class and workshop design, theming, hands-on assisting, mindset coaching, retreat planning, business plan development, etc.
