I offer one-on-one sessions, group classes and events, and retreats that include a blend of yoga, coaching, and other healing modalities to support you on your path out of burnout.
My work combines my lived experience of mothering, entrepreneurship, healing from burnout and navigating life with sensory sensitivities, plus my 15+ years of practice and advanced studies in yoga, ayurveda, breathwork, reiki energy healing, meditation, life coaching, occupational therapy, polyvagal theory, mental health, teen wellness, pre and postnatal care, sensory processing science, and trauma-informed somatic healing. I am also a certified Safe and Sound Protocol Provider, an evidence-based therapeutic listening program designed to help you think, feel, and connect better through nervous system regulation. Burnout is what happens when our nervous systems are exposed to chronic overwhelm and overstimulation. When our nervous systems get overloaded in this way, there are physiological and psychological symptoms such as:

NOTE: Burnout is not your fault. You aren’t "doing it" wrong. We live inside exploitative external systems like capitalism, patriarchy, and white supremacy that make it nearly impossible to get what we need for body systems to thrive (especially for marginalized bodies including neurodivergent folks and those with highly sensitive nervous systems). We are taking in 24 hour global news cycles, addictive social media feeds and fluorescent lights instead of morning sunlight, home cooked seasonal meals, and the nourishment of friendship. We live in isolated nuclear families and many of us don't have the support we need. We don't have time or space to process our emotions. In many cases, we are stuck working long hours in a role that doesn't allow us to express our creativity or offer our gifts to the world.
In our work together, we will uncover what supports your unique nervous system to heal from the impacts of burnout. We will use a variety of healing modalities including yoga, breathwork, and the Safe and Sound Protocol.

Traditional nine-to-five desk jobs generally don’t work for highly sensitive and neurodivergent folks who think and feel differently than the majority.
