Group Retreats
 

The next retreat dates and location will be announced to the waitlist soon! This retreat is for strong and sensitive women to heal from emotional burnout and sensory overwhelm. For the parents, the teachers, the coaches, the helpers, the therapists, the medical professionals, the activists, the "strong" friends, the planners…this is for you. Come fill your cup.

Pricing: For a 4-day, 3-night retreat, prices typically range from $1000 for a shared room to $1800 for a private room. Sign up below for a waitlist discount and to be notified when registration details are available for the next retreat.

Sample Retreat Schedule

Day 1

4pm check-in and unwind

6pm dinner

7pm opening circle with Hana

8pm evening practice with Guest Teacher

9:30pm head to bed or hang out around the fire

Day 2

7am coffee, tea, light breakfast buffet available when you wake up
 

8:30am movement practice with Hana
 

11am brunch
 

FREE TIME (nap, read, make art, hike, spend time in nature, socialize, alone time)
 

2:30pm snack buffet
 

3pm afternoon workshop with Hana (guided journaling, yoga nidra, breathwork journey, ritual, ceremony, and a few surprises…)
 

6pm dinner
 

8pm evening practice with Guest Teacher 
 

9:30pm head to bed or hang out around the fire

Day 3
