Sankalpa 2025: A New Year's Intention-Setting Retreat with Jen Lo and Hana Raftery
Santa Cruz Redwoods Retreat
Thursday, January 16th - Sunday, January 19th, 2025 at Land of the Medicine Buddha
Sankalpa is a Sanskrit word that translates to "a heartfelt desire, an intention/resolve, a vow to connect to the highest truth."
This retreat is an opportunity to pause and reflect on the past year and clarify your intentions for the year ahead. We will spend 4 days/3 nights on a 108-acre redwood refuge in Santa Cruz, California. Our time together will include twice daily vinyasa, yin, and restorative yoga classes, meditation, guided journaling and creative practices, kirtan, community connection, solitude, and time in nature.
All genders and all experience-levels are welcome on this retreat (your partner or friend who has never done yoga are welcome to join if they are curious and open to self-exploration!).

Pricing: Early-bird prices start at $1378 total per person and vary depending on choice of accommodations. Price includes 3 nights of lodging, all retreat workshop supplies and activities, and 3 simple, nutritious, vegetarian meals per day. Private and shared accommodations are available. All guest rooms have a private ensuite bathroom. We are able to accommodate gluten free, wheat free, garlic free, onion free, nut free, and vegan diets with advance notice. Self-serve coffee and tea are included and available all day. Price does not include airfare or ground transportation (closest airport is San Jose Mineta International Airport, about a 50 minute drive to the retreat center).

EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT OF $200 OFF PER PERSON AVAILABLE UNTIL FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 15th, 2024.
