Dream Space
Taos Retreat

2024 DATES ANNOUNCED SOON at Hyperslow Retreat Center

This retreat is for women who want to find their spark again after being chronically overworked, overwhelmed, and overstimulated. For the parents, the teachers, the coaches, the caregivers, the therapists, the medical professionals, the activists, the "strong" friends, the planners, the ones who care so much and hold so much...this is for you.

We will spend 5 days/4 nights at the winter solstice threshold between 2023 and 2024. We will move, breathe, rest, dream and explore Taos, New Mexico -- the sacred land known for it's rich indigenous culture and for inspiring so many artists and spiritual visionaries.

Pricing: Prices start at $2500 per person and vary depending on choice of accommodations. Price includes lodging, 3 meals per day prepared by Chef Brigita Lacovara (meals are gluten free and vegan with optional dairy, eggs, and locally-sourced meat on the side), and all retreat workshops and supplies.

Transportation: Price does not include airfare or ground transportation (the closest commercial airports are Santa Fe Airport, about 1 hour 30 minutes drive to Taos, and Albuquerque International Sunport, about 2 hours 30 minutes drive to Taos). If you would like to explore New Mexico on your own during free time, it is suggested that you rent a car. Some places to explore outside the retreat center: Santa Fe, Ojo Caliente Hotsprings, Ghost Ranch, Taos Ski Valley, Taos Pueblo UNESCO World Heritage Site, Rio Grande Gorge, Taos Plaza Downtown, more about things to do in Taos HERE...). There is plenty to do close to the retreat center and you will have everything you need for an incredible experience without driving anywhere. If you don't want to rent a car I am happy to help organize a shuttle service for you from the airport to the retreat center for an additional fee.

Note: The retreat workshops are for women only, but partners and supervised children of all genders are welcome to stay with you in your retreat center accommodations and can join the group for meals and free time. If either of these scenarios apply to you, please contact me directly and I will give you more information about pricing for non-retreat participants and how to proceed with registration!

 TESTIMONIALS FROM PAST RETREATS

"The retreat was a great balance of thoughtful activities and down time. I loved making connections with new people and finding new connections with those I've known for years. It was special, too, given that all the people who were at the retreat came with an open heart and were ready to be vulnerable from the start to allow for those deep connections to happen so quickly. I said it already, but, Hana, you are magical. You are the conduit that allowed all of this energy to come together and flow in all the best ways. I loved being nourished on so many levels--with movement, introspection, food, laughter, friendship, fresh air . . . It was the reset that I needed. Thank you."

Diane I.

"Hana's work takes you into a spiritual realm. Her uniquely modern approach yet totally timeless energy has guided me through releasing ancestral trauma, and reclaiming my own authentic self. She's a true healer and anyone would be lucky to practice with her."
