Do you feel it? The quickening? The invitations, the projects, the internal and external pressure to pick up the pace?
I feel it every spring, and this spring I feel it a little more dramatically as post-ish pandemic life speeds up. As an Aries baby and sensitive being, this is simultaneously one of my favorite and most challenging times of the year.
If you feel the overstimulation and overwhelm of your energy being pulled in too many directions, this is an invitation to slow down. A reminder to come back to your senses.
To the warmth of the sun on your skin
To the sound of their laughter
To the taste of your tea
To the smell of the spring air
To the feeling of your inhale
And the feeling of your exhale
A reminder to let your sensitivity lead.
